The mind is a complex concept that refers to the mental processes, thoughts, and consciousness of an individual.

The mind (mental) is that which thinks, imagines, remembers, wills, and senses, or is the set of faculties responsible for such phenomena.

The mind is also associated with experiencing perception, pleasure and pain, belief, desire, intention, and emotion.

The mind can include conscious and non-conscious states as well as sensory and non-sensory experiences.

Wow… its impressive.

The body, on the other hand, is about the physical aspects of the brain-neurons and how the brain is structured.

The mind-body connections is the area of expertise of others, but the extent to which the mind and the body are separate and or the same thing is critically important for us to accept.

There are different theories that have been put forward to explain the relationship between the mind and the body.

However, the exact location of the mind in the body is still a topic of debate.

The mind-body connection is a complex and fascinating topic that has been studied by many researchers in the field of psychology.

Why is it studied so much?

My belief is that people do so much research into the mind/body connection because most of us don’t know that there is a connection.

The growth of the personal development industry since the beginning of the 19th century has evolved from the awareness of the connection.

Ancient wisdom (the Kybalion), the Koran, the Bible, eastern philosophy, the awareness of the body mind connection has always existed.

While the body is about the physical aspects of the brain-neuron connection and how the brain is structured.

In summary, the mind is a complex concept that refers to the mental processes, thoughts, and consciousness of an individual.

So where is the mind located?

The exact location of the mind in the body is still a topic of debate, and there are different theories that have been put forward to explain the relationship between the mind and the body.

What we can say, with authority, is that you are not your mind.

However, you are controlled by your mind.

More particularly, you are controlled by your subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind is a powerful part of our brain that controls many of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Do you struggle to get the body to do what you think you want to do?

New year’s resolutions are a great example.

I want to lose weight but it never happens (Look at the market size of the weight loss industry.)

According to phycology, the subconscious mind processes most of the information about our environment.

Why?

Because our conscious mind isn’t powerful enough to process all the information of reality or fact.

If our conscious mind tries to process billions of bits of information at once, we will not cope.

We would be overwhelmed.

Just think about your daily routine.

Just image if you were aware of all the experiences, so many thoughts / things that make our life very chaotic.

This is why our subconscious mind translates most of the information.

It can filter out the unnecessary (according to who…. your conditioned actions) things allowing us to experience life in a way that makes sense to us.

“Makes sense to us” is a key concept.

The subconscious mind is often termed as the “autopilot” behind our conscious mind.

It is where our mind stacks away all its memories.

It keeps our experiences, concepts, insights, and perceptions long after our conscious mind has forgotten them.

These interpretations give “shape to the kind of behavior we exhibit”. (key point)

From here come the feelings and emotions that rule our conscious self, behaviors, habits, decision-making, and mindset.

Through its complex mechanism of neurological functions, the brain is responsible for vital emotions, that is, all emotional states.

These include anger, happiness, grief, shock, and the like.

There are many processes that take place unconsciously in the brain.

It is important to know how the unconscious works because it can help us set more successful goals and achieve them faster.

The unconscious brain is where creativity happens.

The conscious mind is much better at getting things done, but it can’t create new ideas without help from the unconscious.

You and I have something that separates us from other creatures on the planet.

You see, the other creatures are completely at home in their environment.

However, unlike chameleons and other animals that blend into their environment, you and I are totally disoriented in ours.

Now why is that?

These interpretations that the mind receives through our 5 senses and the attention given to stuff by the conscious mind, gives shape to the kind of behavior we exhibit.

So, what is the Subconscious Mind?

Some divide this into 4 minds

Unconscious

Subconscious

Preconscious

Conscious

For this discussion we will just talk about the subconscious as being both unconscious and subconscious.

The subconscious is that part of your mind that controls your body’s functions without you having to think about it.

The subconscious mind is

1. The Subconscious Mind is Primal

2. The Subconscious Mind Takes Everything Literally

3. The Subconscious Mind is Always Awake

4. The Subconscious Mind Controls Most of Your Life

5. The Subconscious Mind Reproduces Habitual Thinking and Visual Imagery

6. The Subconscious Mind is Based in The Present

7. The Subconscious Mind Externalizes The Answers You Seek

8. The Subconscious Mind is a Bridge

The subconscious is really a mystery.

Yet, in recent years more and more is being revealed about it.

And people started to figure out how to reprogram it for more happiness, success, wealth, health, and so on.

It plays a significant role in creating your life experience as most beliefs and thought patterns are subconscious and it’s exactly those beliefs that influence your life to a great extent.

Now the conscious and preconscious mind.

The conscious and the preconscious mind is what you are aware of.

It is the part of your mind that controls your body’s functions when you are consciously thinking about them.

Raise your hand=aware

Fiddling = unaware

The conscious and the subconscious parts together make up the entire mind.

The two parts of the mind work together to control all of your actions and behaviors.

All my actions and behaviours?

When You Learn To Control Your Subconscious Mind

You Can Become Successful In Life.

Success is how you define a joyful and abundant life.

We can use our subconscious mind to control our mood and thoughts because it has a huge impact on the way we behave.

The subconscious mind is like a computer that stores everything we experience in life and reacts to it in an automatic way.

Do You Want To Change The Way You Act?

You Need To Change The Way you interpret the thoughts you have.

Your Thinking framework will create a new process.

This automatically Will Change Your Actions.

If you want to change your mood or make your goals more achievable, you should know how to control your subconscious mind and its thoughts.

What You Need To Know:

What is the subconscious mind?

How do you change your thoughts and make them more positive?

Why is changing your thoughts important for a better mood?

How to achieve your goals and success in life.

Things You Can Do Today.

Control Your Thoughts & Emotions With Your Subconscious Mind.

Our thoughts and emotions are often controlled by the subconscious mind.

By understanding the science behind our thoughts and emotions, we can take control of them.

Understanding how your subconscious mind works will help

Your Subconscious Mind does Control You

Even When You Don’t Realize It’s Doing So!

For example, the “threat” response in the brain is one of these responses that we can’t control.

It kicks in when we are faced with a threat and it is registered unconsciously, meaning that we don’t know it’s happening.

Let’s explore the subconscious mind and how it controls our behaviors.

We are all aware of the fact that we can’t control many of our actions.

But what do we know about the power of our subconscious? The truth is that it influences everything that we do — even if we don’t realize it.

The subconscious mind is always active.

It can be responsible for things like forgetting words, procrastination, and more.

It’s also responsible for controlling automatic behaviors like breathing and heart rate.

Your subconscious mind has been programmed to do things automatically.

For example, getting up in the morning at a certain time, or other routines that you have are repetitive actions that you do without thinking.

Some of these may be good habits, such as waking up early, working hard, eating healthy, exercising, etc.

Other habits such as overeating, eating unhealthy foods, smoking, drinking, (you fill in your vice) are not good for you.

You can change these “bad habits” if you reprogram your subconscious mind and create new behaviors.

Understanding How the Unconscious Brain Works

Will Help You Achieve Better Goals Faster.

It’s because we have been given mental faculties to create our own environment.

And fully and effectively using those mental faculties allows us to create any life and environment we want.

Unfortunately, only one or two people out of ten can name their mental faculties and how to use them properly.

They don’t teach it in school

It’s not surprising that so few people understand how to use their mental faculties. They don’t teach it in school.

Instead, teachers tell us about the five physical senses we share with the rest of the animal kingdom—the ability to see, hear, smell, taste, and touch.

These senses are given to us so we can communicate and correspond with the outside world. They’re like little antennae that bring in information that’s outside of us.

Our physical senses are wonderful for what they were intended to do.

However, we give them far too much power.

We allow our sensory factors to get us in trouble.

We let what people say, what we see on the news, and our current circumstances, such as what’s in our bank account, control our lives.

But it doesn’t have to be that way. Unlike other creatures, we don’t have to be subjective to what’s going on around us.

We are creative beings, and we can change our circumstances.

That’s where our six marvelous mental faculties come in:

√ Imagination√ Will√ Intuition√ Memory√ Reason√ Perception

Although you’re already using each of these faculties, there’s a good chance that you often use them unwittingly to create results you don’t want.

Increase your awareness

Your power in creating the life you want lies in using your mental faculties to help you change your paradigms.

These are the A team.

Your superconscious abilities are here.
