There are over 5000 books on Amazon with titles that include the phrase “love yourself:” How to Love Yourself, How to Love Yourself: A Guide to Building Self, Esteem, Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends On It, Love Yourself: How to Have More Self-Confidence and How to Be Happy, Love Yourself: The Secret Key to Transforming Your Life, How to Love Yourself: Overcome Social Anxiety and Depression…and on it goes.
People write books to solve problems.
People buy books to solve problems.
Yet most people remain the same.
The self-esteem movement is about one thing, and one thing only: identity. The theory is rather simple. If you don’t think well of yourself, you won’t think you deserve success.
Ask successful people what they believe about themselves and this is the likely answer:
Their success was not a factor of identity, but of something more powerful and enduring: the motivation to accomplish the outcomes they wished to create.
In other words, they focused upon what they were creating, not upon themselves.
They had a vision of what and how they wanted to live their lives.
So instead of focusing on who and what you think you are (which has been learned) and shit your focus to be learning, how you happen to see yourself—good, bad, or indifferent—is irrelevant.
You have a different and better standard of measurement:
How close am I to where I want to be?
When you are learning, you can look like an awful fool, or terribly inept, or appallingly stupid, or offensively clumsy, or horrendously incompetent.
The learning curve usually dictates that you will be dreadful before you can be proficient.
Unconscious Incompetence —
This is the phase where you don’t know what you don’t know. There is a skill that you are missing but you don’t even know what it is yet.
This is the most vulnerable and dangerous stage as it applies to the context of our work/ business building and life in general. There are a lot of things in this world we don’t know and we are ok with that.
Ignorance is bliss after all.
But not when it comes to our careers/ or starting a business.
We may not want to or need to know the details of every aspect of our enterprise, when it comes to our specific jobs and our soft skills, it is disastrous for us to not know what we are missing.
But then again, this stage is the starting point of all learning.
So, we must acknowledge that there will always be things about our jobs and ourselves that we don’t yet know we need to improve while trusting that when the time and circumstance is right, we will naturally move to the next stage which is knowing what we don’t know.
Many people do not realise that learning is required to change their circumstances.
Conscious Incompetence —
This is the stage where we realize there is a gap and identify the exact skill we need to develop. We come to terms with our ignorance and incompetence in a particular area.
Here we come to a crossroads. We have to decide whether to lean in and begin the journey of learning this skill,
or acknowledge we have a gap in a particular area and be intentional about living with it.
For the most part, our choice should be to learn and grow, because what has got you this far will not get you to where you want to be. be to learn and grow.
What is life without consistently learning and growing.
Both personally and professionally. And so, once we decide we have a gap, we set to work to close it.
This is a potential failure point. Many people choose not to learn.
Conscious Competence —
This is where the learning begins.
Conscious competence is the stage where we are actively working on the skill but we are yet novices.
We try some things, we fail, we learn some lessons and try again.
We keep getting better.
Our competence grows slowly and surely but it doesn’t come naturally yet.
We still have a way to go before our competency becomes a part of our DNA.
The key here is to be persistent and determined and not give up.
Unconscious Competence —
The final stage where we’ve mastered the new skill or behavior such that its instinctual.
We aren’t practicing anymore.
While we’re still learning and growing, we’ve established a strong foundation and can be confident about our competency in that area.
The resource centre will be of benefit to those who want to achieve the result they desire.
What has gotten you this far will not get you there.
You have not come this far to only come this far.
The resources I have in the members area are designed around two concepts.
1: The knowledge that has gotten you to where you currently are will not get you to where you want to Be. Your Future Self.
2: You are open to possibility. The information will assist your knowledge base. This added information will improve all areas of your life.

REGULARLY ASK YOURSELF “WHO AM I?” and you will see that what you think you know about yourself is illusory. There is undoubtedly something magnificent in the idea that we continually create our entire experience. There is magic in the understanding that we can create whatever we like, and that we can allow a force greater than ourselves to guide and heal us if we choose, to keep us energised, connected, and alive.
We can live creatively or see ourselves as victims of our circumstances. Knowing this might change everything for you, as it has for me, because all it takes is choice.
And when you make the creative choice, all that remains is possibility. It’s what we do with it that makes the difference.
The potential for a miracle is there, if only we’re wise enough to see it and to realize that our fulfillment as people depends upon our reaction to what we’ve been given.
To produce ways to increase your service, read books on your specialty; read what others have found to work well for them. Listen to our audio programs. But at the same time, think of original and creative ways to increase your service – ways that are unique to you and the way you are.
Choose to be in action.
Let’s compare your brain and the knowledge in it to a library.
Imagine that your brain is a newly built and empty library waiting to be
filled with data and information in the form of books, videos, films, CDs
and computer discs.
You are the chief librarian and have to choose first whether you wish to
have a small or a large selection. You naturally choose a large selection.
Your second choice is whether to have the information organized or not.
Imagine that you take the second option, not to have it organized: you
simply order a dumpster of books and electronic media, and have it all piled
in a giant heap of information in the middle of your library floor! When
somebody comes into your library and asks for a specific book or place
where they can find information on a specific topic, you shrug your
shoulders and say: ‘It’s somewhere there in the pile, hope you find it – good
This metaphor describes the state of most people’s minds! Their minds,
even though they may – and often do – contain the information they want,
are so horribly disorganized that it is impossible for them to retrieve
information when they need it. This leads to frustration and a reluctance to
take in or handle any new information. After all, what is the point of taking
in new information, if you are never going to be able to access the stuff
Imagine, on the other hand, that you have a giant library, filled with
incredible amounts of information on everything you ever wanted to know.
In this new super-library, rather than all this information being piled
randomly in the middle of the floor, everything is filed in perfect order,
exactly where you want it.
In addition to this, the library has a phenomenal data-retrieval and access
system that enables you to find anything you want at the flash of a thought.
Mind Mapping is such a great benefit to all of us, but when you are learning new knowledge at a later stage in life, I have found it to be the solution.
Thats why I have it as your first read.

Take your time.
This allowed my mind time to process and absorb the process of change.
A word on leverage. I did not have to waste a lot of time for no reason. There is no SECRET to knowledge.
I have leveraged other people's knowledge and success to create my path forward.
It was already visible, I just had to be open to seeing the way.
I desire this information to be able to illuminate your path.

The Path of Least Resistance.
“The path of least resistance” is a phrase that refers to the easiest or most convenient option available, which avoids difficulty or unpleasantness. It is often used to describe why an object or entity takes a given path. The concept is also used to describe certain human behaviors, although with much less specificity than in the strictly physical sense. In these cases, resistance is often used as a metaphor for personal effort or confrontation; a person taking the path of least resistance avoids these.

How Many Types Of Business Systems Are There?
While virtually anything can be systematized, there are four main types of business systems that you need to build. Getting these running is like adding rocket fuel to your startup. I’m going to touch on these below,
Products Make You Money, Systems will Make You a Fortune.
There’s your marketing system, and you use this to generate a consistent flow of leads into the business.
Then there’s your sales system; this is what you use to nurture leads, follow up with them, and hopefully convert them into paying customers.
The third system is your fulfillment system, and this is the actual thing you do in exchange for the customer’s money.
Lastly, there’s your administration system, which encompasses accounts, reception, human resources, etc. It supports all the other business functions.
Why a business system is the only reason to be in Business (from my point of view).
Firstly, What are business systems?
What are business systems, and do they benefit your company? Starting, building, and growing a business is exciting.
But often things get out of control. Balls get dropped and what was once fun and exciting can become a dreary chore.
Why? Because of a lack of business systems.
Many founders find themselves working longer and longer hours for little pay.
You might start wondering whatever possessed you to start a business.
After all the goal was freedom, wealth, and independence. But now it feels like you’re treading water and going nowhere. Sadly, some owners end up throwing in the towel.
The poster child for business systems is McDonald’s.
This is a complex, worldwide, multi-billion-dollar business essentially run by pimply teenagers. Kids who can’t even be trusted to make their beds.
How do they do this?
They run this hugely successful and profitable business because they have amazing business systems.
Their operations manual covers everything from hiring to product delivery to customer interaction.
Why business systems are often overlooked
There are various reasons why business systems are overlooked by many small business owners. And you really don’t want to make these expensive mistakes.
Reason #1 – Boring
Business systems are regarded as “back office” functions. Unlike the latest marketing strategies, sales techniques or other highly visible aspects of your business, good business systems are considered boring.
While building them may indeed be boring, the incredible power they give you is anything but.
Reason #2 – Lack of time
In the startup phase, owners don’t have time to build business systems. There are seemingly more important things to do like sales, marketing, and order fulfillment.
With all of these important things vying for their attention, systems get put off. However, just like any other accumulation of neglect over time, it rarely ends well.
Reason #3 – Overwhelm
Setting up systems can be overwhelming for many business owners. They don’t know which systems to prioritize and so they land up doing nothing. But think about this. Do you really want to take someone through how to do something ten times when once would suffice?
Reason #4 – Confusion
Another reason why systems don’t happen is because people don’t know how to manage a system. They know they need it, but they have no idea how to implement it and so it doesn’t get done. That’s why I’m going to show you how to create a system.

Four reasons why you want systems and processes in your business
It’s a sad situation when a business owner goes to sell their business and finds out after putting in many years of hard work, that their business is worthless.
It’s not so much that the organization itself is worthless, it’s that they ARE the business and without them there is no real business to sell.
In cases like this, they can’t sell it for any kind of reasonable sum beyond the value of their stock and maybe a small, nominal amount for “goodwill”.
There are numerous benefits to implementing systems in your business.
When I was looking for a business to provide me with my list of requirements, I was not looking at any business or model. However, because I had learnt so much about myself, the obstacles I had to overcome, it seemed logical that working with people was my desired outcome.
I was looking for the right opportunity for me.
It had to be:
c) straightforward process.
e) full-time income with part-time hours.
f) Have a multiplier effect.
It had to be a business system that I could teach to others so they could have success to whatever level they desired.
The concept of owning a business system that works to provide you with the result we all desire. To be able to grow, scale and exit.
To be of service for others,
I have become a researcher: a Coach and a Leader.
The reason I created the members area is for those who desire what I wanted, but, like me, found yourself "stuck". As a person with more behind me than ahead of me, I wanted others to find their solution quickly. Knowledge is here, application of knowledge is your responsibility. As I have stated elsewhere, I began this journey purely for selfish reasons.
I needed to have an income, and not a job, and really 3/4 hours per day, 3/4 days per week and make 3/4K per week was my initial goal.
The upside of this learning has led me to define my purpose.
I have always loved teaching and training, and it's my desire that no person is left behind.
The level playing field of this business has helped me to understand that nothing in life is guaranteed, but with the correct understanding of what it takes to succeed, along with consistent action, this business will deliver the outcome you require.
Let me be clear. I am not going to promise you that you will be successful. It comes down to how willing you are to apply the knowledge you have learnt in the resource centre to your life, and in particular your actions.
Application of knowledge = Personal Power.
We all can move into the achiever quadrant, no matter what your circumstance. There are many ways to make money online, and I tried a few before I realised that the knowledge, I had acquired was perfect to help others. The vehicle that works so well for this process is my way of making money. You can make a full-time income, with part-time hours.

A business system is for me, a process of teaching others and then letting them be free.
What is a business system from my perspective.
What was I looking for?
The cash flow quadrant is where I started.
The concepts of replicable business models are well illustrated within the fast-food industry, the corporate owned supermarkets, the many types of service industries and in the real estate business models.
Within the direct selling industry there are very few suitable models for my purpose. I have ruled out M.L.M as it contracts the pie, rather than to expand the possibility.
Affiliate marketing and its counterparts (drop shipping. E bay, Amazon etc.) were not what I wanted.
I wanted a system that would reward me for teaching others “how to” but once they became successful, they would be able to replicate this system for others to benefit and would not be responsible to me.
The Business model of this business of ticked all the boxes.
Yes, I had read the critics etc. (even my own son was skeptical) but when I did my research of the owner's, the business model and the results of individual's (some good some not so good and some who could not make it work) I made the right decision for me.
This business partnership gave me the products, the “business in a box system” and the duplication process that allowed me to teach others and be rewarded appropriately and the level playing field for each person.
